Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive cum Field Assistant Location: Various Districts in UP, VARANASHI, PRAUAGRAJ,LUCKNOW Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Generate leads for rooftop solar projects through field visits and networking. Conduct customer meetings and presentations to promote solar solutions. Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales. Market Research & Strategy Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth in the assigned district. Build and maintain a database of prospective customers and stakeholders. Field Support Assist in site surveys and assessments in coordination with the technical team. Provide on-site customer support during installation and commissioning. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or field operations, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic understanding of solar energy systems (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Language: Proficiency in Hindi and local dialects; basic English skills. Other Requirements: Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district and neighboring areas.
