Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create short reels, promotional videos, and customer testimonials showcasing our solar projects and achievements Capture on-site project videos at rooftops, installations, and company events Edit videos with professional graphics, text animations, and background music for better engagement Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative social media campaigns and increase audience reach Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and messaging Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative video ideas RequirementsProven experience in video shooting, editing, and social media content creation Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar Basic knowledge of social media platforms and engagement strategies Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling Ability to travel occasionally for on-site video shoots at project locations Prior experience in the renewable energy or construction industry is a plus Perks & BenefitsOpportunity to work in the fast-growing solar energy sector Exposure to real on-site project activities and campaigns Growth in digital marketing and creative content field
