About the Role

Sales & Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
  • Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Convert leads into customers by explaining product benefits and providing demos (if required).
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback to support product improvements.
  • Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness tasks.
  • Maintain reports on sales performance, leads, and customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–1 year of experience in Sales/Marketing

    within an IT software company (mandatory)

    .
  • Basic understanding of IT products, SaaS, or software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
