Sales & Marketing Executive IT Products

As a Sales & Marketing Executive for our IT products, your role will involve reaching out to potential customers through various channels such as calls, emails, and social media. You will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients, and converting leads into customers by demonstrating product benefits. Your strong communication skills will be essential in maintaining client relationships, gathering feedback for product improvements, providing post-sales support, and resolving customer queries. Additionally, you will assist in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness tasks while maintaining reports on sales performance and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and other channels. - Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. - Convert leads into customers by explaining product benefits and providing demos (if required). - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. - Gather customer feedback to support product improvements. - Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries. - Assist in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness tasks. - Maintain reports on sales performance, leads, and customer interactions. Qualifications Required: - 01 year of experience in Sales/Marketing within an IT software company (mandatory). - Basic understanding of IT products, SaaS, or software solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. - Strong customer service orientation. - Good presentation and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
