Role Overview

• The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales for Solar EPC, MEP, and Fire Fighting projects. This is a field-oriented, target-driven role involving lead generation, client interaction, site visits, proposal follow-ups, and deal closures.
• The employee will be on the payroll of Get Solar Energy and will support sales for both Solar and MEP verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close sales leads for Solar EPC, MEP & Fire Fighting projects
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions
• Perform market surveys, cold visits, and reference-based lead generation
• Present proposals, pricing, and technical scope to clients
• Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Coordinate with technical and execution teams for smooth project handover
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain lead tracking, CRM updates, and sales reporting
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduation / B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical / Mechanical)
• MBA (Marketing) – Added Advantage
• Experience: Fresher – 2 Years
• Basic understanding of Solar EPC / MEP / Fire Fighting systems preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel and relocate for project sites
