Company Description Get Solar Energy is a Startup India–registered EPC company specializing in Solar EPC solutions , working in collaboration with an MEP & Fire Fighting partner company to deliver integrated building services. We are a growth-focused startup where sales performance, field execution, and client conversion are key to success. Role Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales for Solar EPC, MEP, and Fire Fighting projects. This is a field-oriented, target-driven role involving lead generation, client interaction, site visits, proposal follow-ups, and deal closures. The employee will be on the payroll of Get Solar Energy and will support sales for both Solar and MEP verticals. Key Responsibilities Generate and close sales leads for Solar EPC, MEP & Fire Fighting projects Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions Perform market surveys, cold visits, and reference-based lead generation Present proposals, pricing, and technical scope to clients Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed orders Coordinate with technical and execution teams for smooth project handover Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain lead tracking, CRM updates, and sales reporting Qualifications & Requirements Graduation / B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical / Mechanical) MBA (Marketing) – Added Advantage Experience: Fresher – 2 Years Basic understanding of Solar EPC / MEP / Fire Fighting systems preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel and relocate for project sites Salary & Benefits Salary: As per profile and experience Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives Growth-linked increments based on performance
