Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales, build brand awareness, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales and marketing, and the ability to execute both field and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Visit potential and existing customers to present products and solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Ensure timely order processing, delivery follow-up, and payment collection.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor).
• Coordinate with design teams for promotional materials like brochures, posters, and social media content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Help in managing the company’s online presence and content updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or B2B sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Fluent in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
