Key Responsibilities Plan & Execute Exhibition Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote exhibitions across India. Audience Outreach & Engagement: Identify target audiences, build databases, and drive visitor registrations through digital and offline channels. Exhibitor Promotion: Support exhibitor marketing by creating promotional content, spotlight campaigns, and partnership opportunities. Content Creation: Design engaging posts, mailers, and promotional material for social media, websites, and event collaterals. On-Ground Branding: Coordinate with vendors and creative teams for event branding, signage, and promotional activities at venues. Media & PR Coordination: Liaise with media partners, influencers, and press to maximize event visibility. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze visitor turnout, and provide insights for future exhibitions. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive event promotion and execution Desired Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Communications preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Passion for media, events, and brand storytelling Familiarity with social media platforms, digital tools, and basic analytics A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
