We’re looking for a dynamic Event Manager who can take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale exhibitions—while ensuring seamless integration of print media promotions and branding. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end planning and management of exhibitions, from concept to completion. Print Media Coordination: Oversee the design, production, and timely delivery of print collaterals (brochures, banners, standees, signage, catalogues, etc.). Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and partners to ensure smooth operations. Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive audience engagement through print campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials. On-Ground Management: Supervise event setup, branding installations, and ensure flawless execution during exhibitions. Budget & Timeline Control: Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure projects are delivered within deadlines. Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, design, and operations teams to align event goals with brand objectives. Desired Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Event Management/Marketing preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in exhibitions, events, or print media coordination is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results Why Join Us?
