Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events (corporate, social, cultural, community).
• Handle budgets, logistics, vendor management, and on-ground operations.
• Work with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Bring creativity, innovation, and problem-solving to every project.
• Manage teams and ensure high-quality execution.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in

  event management or coordination

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication & negotiation abilities.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
