F&B Catering Manager

Responsibilities

• Set up the outdoor catering vertical for the brand
• Client POC - Be the face of the brand in all client interactions from securing the event catering to crisis management to guest relations
• Vendor Management - Select, negotiate with and on board suitable vendors for all the requirements of catering - crockery, cutlery,food ingredients, staff uniform, etc
• Staff Hiring & Management - Engage & employ agencies that provide service staff, hire manpower and train them end-to-end on client facing roles
• Inventory & Logistics management - Create SOPs for optimal inventory management, order logging & order flow management. Coordinate end to end logistics of outdoor catering events from start to event wrap up
• Events execution - Lead the team end to end on executing the event from logistics, staffing, food delivery to service and guest relations

Good to Have -

• Hospitality Management Graduate
• At least 3 years experience in F&B/Catering Operations - vendor management, staff management, logistics, inventory, etc
• Preferably from events or wedding planning or hospitality background
• Communication skills & fluent in English and Hindi
