Here’s a job description for a Sales & Marketing Executive at Asian Elevators and Escalators: Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Company: Asian Elevators and Escalators Location: Pune Experience: 0– 10 years of sales / marketing experience (preferably in elevators, escalators, or related industrial / construction equipment). Freshers with strong sales orientation may be considered. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month + performance‑based incentives (total compensation could go higher with commissions). Job Summary: We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive the growth of Asian Elevators and Escalators. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, promoting our elevator & escalator solutions, and closing sales deals across target segments (commercial, residential, infrastructure projects). If you enjoy a mix of field work, relationship building, and achieving sales targets, this role is a good fit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and generate leads for elevator and escalator projects through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. 2. Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients (consultants, developers, contractors). 3. Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales within stipulated timelines. 4. Coordinate with technical / project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. 5. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. 6. Promote brand visibility through participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. 7. Support marketing activities — creating collaterals, digital promotions, case studies, and local advertising as needed. 8. Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and report progress to management. 9. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide inputs for strategy tweaks. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - 1‑3 years of experience in sales & marketing; elevator / escalator or construction equipment background is a plus (freshers with strong sales drive can apply). - Good communication and negotiation skills — ability to interact at multiple levels (C‑suite to site engineers). - Comfortable with field work and travel to project sites / customer locations. - Basic understanding of technical aspects of elevators/escalators is advantageous. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. - Result‑oriented mindset with ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
