We’re now looking for a driven, charming, and sharp Corporate Sales Executive to help us bloom into more boardrooms and breakrooms. 🌟 Role Summary The Business Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing corporate clients for &Blooms. You’ll pitch luxury floral solutions — from festive gifting to office floral makeovers — and build long-term relationships that blossom over time. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a corporate sales strategy focused on high-value clients across industries (hospitality, law firms, real estate, finance, etc.) Identify and reach out to decision-makers in HR, Admin, and CXO offices Pitch &Blooms' full bouquet of offerings: gifting, subscriptions, event styling, and festive hampers Send compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals Maintain regular communication with clients via email, WhatsApp, and calls — with charm, not spam Keep CRM updated with all interactions, leads, and pipeline status Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure flawless deliveries Act as the point-of-contact for client feedback and tailor services to client preferences Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to grow presence Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets ✅ Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of B2B or corporate sales experience, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and WhatsApp-friendly 😉 Strong negotiation and presentation skills Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking Passion for flowers, gifting, and premium customer service Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Bonus if you have:Existing network in corporate gifting or HR/admin circles Experience in event management or luxury product sales A knack for floral aesthetics (even better if you know your tulips from your tuberoses) An inspiring, aesthetically gorgeous work environment Opportunities to work with top designers, brands, and stylists Be part of a fast-growing lifestyle brand redefining floral luxury
