Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Engineer based in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Marketing Engineer will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, developing sales strategies, and engaging in direct sales and marketing activities. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, developing relationships with new and existing customers, and preparing and delivering technical presentations to showcase the company’s products and services. The role also involves participating in industry events and continuous collaboration with the engineering team to understand product specifications and applications.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Market Research
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and Marketing experience and capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the industrial automation sector is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools
