Role Overview

The Digital Marketing specialist will assist in planning, executing and measuring digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid media) to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, scheduling and publishing content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Support SEO & SEM efforts: keyword research, on-page optimisation, meta tags, link building basics, monitoring organic performance.
  • Help set up and monitor paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) in coordination with senior team members.
  • Support email marketing campaigns: designing newsletters, segmenting lists, tracking performance.
  • Monitor and report on digital campaign metrics (web traffic, engagement, conversion) using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with content/design teams to develop campaign assets (graphics, copy, video snippets) ensuring brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices; suggest ideas to enhance digital presence.
  • Assist in budget tracking, campaign optimisation and A/B testing under guidance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent).
  • 02 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media or related field (internships count).
  • Basic understanding of digital channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (and local language if applicable).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and draw insights.
  • Creativity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
  • Good team-working attitude, time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus skills: Familiarity with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva/Photoshop, basic HTML/CSS, video editing.
