About the Company

A large and well established paper mill with capacity of 50,000 tons per annum of core board of high plybond to cater to manufacturing of tubes and cones for textile industry and cores for paper mills.

The company is also engaged in manufacturing of specialized coated papers such as thermal and sublimation papers catering to ever increasing market for ATMs and POS machines. A diversified industrial house having presence in Hybrid Seeds, Food Processing, Paper & Boards and Industrial Chemicals.

PAPER division is engaged in manufacture of Specialty Thermal paper, core boards, absorbent kraft, various grades of white/coloured tissue and onetime carbon paper.

We are looking for dynamic persons to lead our Sales and Marketing initiatives.

The candidate should have proven track record of sales of industrial and cultural papers

• The Candidate should have experience in B2B sales.
• Proactive attitude & energy
• Strong commercial sense & communication ability
• Ability to build strong relationships with dealers and consumers.
• Should be computer savvy, willing to work hard and travel
• We attach highest importance to personal integrity, learning ability and passion for performance
• Should be chemical engineer or paper technologist
• with minimum of 20 years of experience
• preferably in a large mill based on recycled waste paper.
• Shall have total responsibility for mill operations.
• Should be capable of leading a team of senior technical personnel towards continued technical upgradation.
• Shall be responsible for achieving targeted production with quality and cost.
• He should also be responsible for development of new products and processes.
• Should be well versed with energy conservation, preventive and protective maintenance system.
