Sales Manager/officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Officer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales within the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and nurturing strong business relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role demands a proactive approach to sales, strategic account management, and a deep understanding of travel products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted B2B sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients, travel agents, and partner organizations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation in the travel sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to tailor travel solutions that meet client requirements and optimize service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status using CRM systems.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting travel services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in B2B sales within the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of travel products, services, and corporate client requirements..
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
