Sales Manager/officer

As a Sales Manager / Sales Officer in the travel industry, your role will involve developing and executing targeted B2B sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate records, providing regular sales forecasts, and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute targeted B2B sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients, travel agents, and partner organizations. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation in the travel sector. - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to tailor travel solutions that meet client requirements and optimize service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status using CRM systems. - Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting travel services. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline preferred. - Minimum of 2 years proven experience in B2B sales within the travel industry. - Strong understanding of travel products, services, and corporate client requirements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
