Product Head – Global Visa Services

Gokite Tours is seeking an experienced Product Head – Global Visa Services to lead and expand our international visa processing division. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in global visa regulations, embassy coordination, and documentation processes, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive portfolio of global visa services (tourist, business, student, etc.)
• Oversee end-to-end visa processing: documentation, submission, appointments, and delivery
• Maintain relationships with embassies, consulates, and visa partners (e.g., VFS, BLS)
• Ensure compliance with visa regulations and data security norms
• Lead and train the visa operations team, ensuring timely and quality service delivery
• Monitor changing visa policies and update product offerings accordingly

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of visa processing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures for major destinations (USA, UK, Schengen, UAE, etc.)
• Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in managing teams and vendor relations
• Fluency in English
