Description
As a Sales Manager / Education Consultant at Rachna Sagar Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and enhance the company's presence in the school education market. You will play a crucial role in promoting curriculum-based school books and digital learning solutions, establishing strong relationships with schools, educators, and institutional buyers, and ensuring continuous revenue growth in the designated territory. Your proactive approach will involve identifying and engaging with new schools, educational institutions, and key decision-makers to showcase the company's products. Building and nurturing lasting business relationships with existing clients will be vital to ensure customer retention and repeat business. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management will be a key performance indicator. Conducting product presentations, organizing book exhibitions, and facilitating teacher orientation workshops will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to gather market intelligence on competitors" products, pricing strategies, and provide timely reports to the management. Collaboration with internal departments like editorial, logistics, and customer support will be essential to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Keeping accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups through CRM tools or daily reports will help in monitoring progress effectively. Participation in education fairs, conferences, and promotional campaigns as a company representative will be expected. Your valuable feedback on product development to enhance or create new educational content based on market demands will be encouraged. To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate/postgraduate degree in any discipline, preferably in Education, Marketing, or Business Administration. A minimum of 15 years of demonstrated sales experience in school books publishing, EdTech, or educational services is required, though freshers are also welcome to apply. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to comprehend and discuss curriculum structures of various boards such as CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned region are key attributes for success. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is necessary, while prior experience with schools, book distributors, or educational consultants will be advantageous. Familiarity with NEP 2020 guidelines and current trends in school education, as well as an existing school network in the designated area, will be beneficial.
