Job Description

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving business growth through key account management and new business development. The role demands a strategic, performance-driven professional with proven experience in managing enterprise accounts and achieving large-scale revenue targets in the West region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with large enterprise clients.
Identify and onboard new enterprise clients; develop strategies to penetrate new accounts.
Drive sales and revenue growth in line with the assigned
target
and contribute to the
West region target
.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across client organizations, ensuring client satisfaction and account retention.
Lead pricing discussions, proposals, and negotiations with senior decision-makers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (product, operations, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide market insights and strategic inputs for product positioning and business planning.
