Senior Warehouse Manager

Role Objective :

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Segregation, Assembly, and Dispatch (50%)

• Oversee inwarding of material in WH with proper GRN.
• Segregate materials per order with complete BOQ.
• Coordinate with logistics and accounts for E-Way Bill and invoicing.
• Arrange material as per planning needs.
• Ensure team productivity and skill upgrades.
• Manage assembly of parts as required.

2. Inventory Management (30%)

• Maintain proper baywise stock keeping.
• Provide accurate inventory reports.
• Assist in periodic stock audits and bank audits.
• Track slow-moving and obsolete materials.
• Manage returnable/demo goods.
• Monitor e-waste and scrap disposal.

3. Warehouse and People Management (20%)

• Oversee servicing & maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Ensure regular housekeeping of WH.
• Ensure water, electricity, transport, and food services for WH.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse teams.
• Lead and build a self-sufficient warehouse team.

• Strong WH Management experience.
• Proven leadership to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Bhiwandi region and logistics network.
• High integrity, process adherence, and transparency.
