Key Responsibilities:

Control Tower & Reporting:

• Build and manage

  daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and trackers

  for operational KPIs (OTIF, dispatch accuracy, inward TAT, productivity).
• Generate

  MIS reports

  and business updates for leadership review.
• Conduct

  root cause analysis

  on misses, delays, or operational inefficiencies.

Inventory Management & Planning:

• Own

  inventory health reporting

  aging analysis, stock coverage, slow movers, stock-outs, and excesses.
• Monitor

  inward schedules vs. dispatch plans

  to ensure inventory availability for on-time order fulfillment.
• Support

  stock rationalization and inventory holding optimization

  across all warehouses.

Demand Planning:

• Analyze

  historical dispatch patterns and upcoming demand

  to build rolling forecasts.
• Work with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to

  align demand and supply plans

  .
• Drive visibility of

  critical inventory gaps

  and support timely decision-making.

Continuous Improvement & Insights:

• Identify and track

  process improvement opportunities

  .
• Measure the impact of

  new initiatives

  and

  cost-saving projects

  .
• Collaborate with tech teams to build or improve

  automation and reporting tools

  .

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in

  Supply Chain Analytics, Inventory Planning, or MIS roles

  in warehousing, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong

  data analysis, forecasting, and inventory management

  skills.
• Proficiency in

  Excel, Google Sheets

  ,

  Power BI/Tableau

• Solid understanding of

  warehouse operations, dispatch flows, and inventory control

• Excellent communication and the ability to

  translate data into actionable insights
