Job Posting: Sales Head



Location: Wakad, Pune

 Experience: 5+ years


The sales head is responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, driving growth and leading the sales team. They need to develop and implement strategies to increase company's revenue, manage customer relationships and ensure the overall success of sales operations..


Key Responsibilities:

·       Sales strategy development training of sales Handling the Team leadership and data management Revenue growth      and target achievement

·       Collaboration with other departments for smooth process Sales reporting and analytics

·       Travelling for events and planning of sales team event

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field

·       Proven experience of 5 years in sales with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·       Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams.

·       Leadership and team management Strategic planning and sales fore casting



Salary : Rs. 7 lpa
