Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales, coupled with exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, develop effective marketing strategies, and foster strong relationships with clients. Duties

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth in technology sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the negotiation process for contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance, manage accounts, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills in technical sales and negotiation.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales is essential.
  • Strong management experience with a focus on leadership and team development.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management and analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop actionable strategies.
  • Experience in business development with a focus on expanding client portfolios.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with outstanding customer service abilities.
