Job Description

Sales Manager - Preferable from Real Estate Industry

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, and a passion for exceeding targets while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive residential and/or commercial real estate sales in the Dubai market.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and direct outreach.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to implement sales strategies.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and property showings.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

5-15 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, property brokerage, or developers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations (preferred).
Goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals.
Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualification

Bachelors Degree (preferred); real estate certifications are a plus.
