The role includes creating strategic action plans to generate measurable sales revenue and enhance team performance. This position also involves identifying performance gaps, providing training, and effectively deploying sales and marketing resources to support the hotel's objectives. Responsibilities Drive sales across segments including Wedding, Corporate, Travel Agents, MICE, and Room Sales.Analyze the hotel’s business strategy, set sales goals, and implement action plans to achieve them.Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly in alignment with overall business goals.Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase hotel revenue.Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and community initiatives to grow brand visibility.Conduct daily sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to convert leads into bookings.Ensure prompt responses and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.Deliver exceptional customer service and support the hotel's customer relationship strategy to drive loyalty.Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to align pricing strategies with financial targets.Coordinate with front office and hotel operations teams to ensure a unified approach to client satisfaction.Lead or participate in sales calls with team members to assess and support performance.Identify training needs and recommend sales tools and development programs to enhance team capabilities.Manage and develop proposals, contracts, and communication for secured business.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, existing clients, and potential customers.Follow up on all sales leads within a 24-hour timeframe and strive to meet assigned sales targets. Requirements 7 to 10 years of experience in sales or a related professional field.Degree in Hotel Management with additional qualifications in Sales and Marketing.Proven success in a similar role within the hospitality industry.Strong local market knowledge to generate regional business.Customer-oriented mindset with high emotional intelligence.Excellent attention to detail and professional presentation.Warm, confident, and hospitable personality.Achieve the sales targets set by the hotel management.
