❗ ❗ WE ARE HIRING FOR 4 STAR HOTEL ! ❗ ❗ 💼 Job Title: Assistant Manager Human Resources (Hospitality) 📍 Location: Andheri , Mumbai 💰 CTC: 7.8 - 9 LPA 💰 RESPONSIBILITIES :- Participate in the development and implementation of HR and training strategies aligned with hotel objectives. Conduct regular management skills training and follow up on effectiveness and application. Ensure employees complete all legally required training and maintain accurate training records. Recruit qualified candidates in a timely manner in line with brand culture and job requirements. Build and maintain relationships with potential talent sources and encourage internal mobility. Maintain employment records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely employee data processing. Support the resolution of employment-related issues and assist in handling legal employment claims. Coach managers on motivating staff and improving engagement and performance. Coordinate hotel-wide employee recognition programs. QUALIFICATIONS :- Graduation is mandatory Prior 3-4 Year HR experience in the hospitality industry.
