You will work closely with the Lounge Manager to make sure everything runs smoothly and guests have a great experience. Responsibilities: Help manage daily lounge operations. Support and guide lounge staff. Make sure guests are happy and comfortable. Keep the lounge clean, neat, and welcoming. Work with catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams. Follow all airport safety and security rules. Keep track of supplies and order more when needed. Welcome and check in guests. Train new team members. Share daily reports with the Lounge Manager. Take care of VIP guests. Help make staff schedules. Requirements: Experience in hospitality, customer service, or airport lounge work. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to solve problems and stay calm under pressure. Basic computer knowledge. Ready to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. English speaking; other languages are a plus.
