Job Description

Company : UniRely Study Abroad

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Finding new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and market research.
Customer Engagement: Contacting potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Sales Presentations: Conducting product demonstrations and delivering persuasive presentations to highlight product features and solutions.
Negotiation & Closing :Negotiating contract terms and prices to close sales deals.
Relationship Management :Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Sales Cycle Management: Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal generation and deal closure.
Reporting: Maintaining accurate records in a CRM system, tracking sales performance, and reporting to management.
Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Communication : Fluent in English

Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales

Salary : 30k to 35k

Location: Vaishali Nagar

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
