Description
1. Student Counselling • Understand student goals, background, and language proficiency. • Provide accurate information about courses, countries, and placement opportunities. • Guide students through language course selection (Dutch, German, Spanish, etc.) and career pathways. • Assess student eligibility for international placements (Dubai, Netherlands, Belgium). 2. Follow-Up & Conversion • Maintain daily follow-up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS. • Counsel walk-ins, online leads, referrals, and social media inquiries. • Convert leads into admissions through structured counselling and regular follow-ups. 3. Documentation & Processing • Help students with application forms, document checklists, and fee payments. • Coordinate with the operations or placement team to ensure smooth onboarding. • Ensure timely and error-free data entry in CRM or admission tools. 4. Sales & Target Achievement • Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets set by the management. • Promote Uniquas offerings with confidence and persuasion. • Upsell/cross-sell value-added services like placement prep, crash courses, etc. 5. Reporting & Coordination • Provide daily reports on leads, conversions, and follow-up status. • Collaborate with the marketing team to give feedback on campaign quality. • Coordinate with trainers, placement officers, and accounts for student-related updates. 6. Brand Representation • Represent Uniquas professionally during webinars, offline events, and education fairs. • Maintain excellent communication and grooming standards in all interactions. 7. After-Admission Support • Guide students on orientation, class schedules, and placement support. • Act as a liaison between student and department in case of queries. 8. Customer Relationship Management • Build long-term relationships with students and parents. • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. • Handle concerns or grievances with empathy and professionalism
