Uniquas (located at dommasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Counsellor & Sales Specialist to join our dedicated admissions team. This role is pivotal in attracting and enrolling prospective students by providing informative guidance and actively driving application conversions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record in achieving targets. Responsibilities: * Student Recruitment and Guidance: * Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. * Provide comprehensive information about our academic programs, admission requirements, campus life, and financial aid options. * Conduct engaging campus tours and presentations to showcase the institution's strengths and unique offerings. * Build rapport and establish trust with prospective students, understanding their individual needs and aspirations. * Guide students through the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and on time. * Sales and Target Achievement: * Actively follow up with leads and nurture relationships to encourage application completion and enrollment. * Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets. * Maintain a detailed database of prospective students and track their progress through the admission funnel. * Organize and participate in recruitment events such as college fairs, information sessions, and workshops (both on and off-campus). * Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve outreach and conversion efforts. * Collaboration and Administration: * Work closely with other members of the admissions team, faculty, and administrative departments to ensure a seamless admission process. * Assist in the development of marketing and communication materials to attract prospective students. * Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and application statuses. * Stay updated on the institution's academic programs, policies, and procedures. * Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance counselling and sales skills. Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions counselling, student recruitment, sales, or a related field. * Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a sales-oriented environment. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A genuine interest in helping students achieve their educational goals. * Willingness to travel for recruitment events as required. Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year Experience in the Sales or admission counselling or related field. * Good Communication Skills * Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a sales-oriented environment. * Willingness to travel for recruitment events or any meetings as required. * Should be fine with work timing which is from 11.00AM to 8.00PM IST * Any one weekday will be off.
