● Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
● Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
● Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
● Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
● Be willing to pursue new customers via phone calls, and visits to facilities
● Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
● Answers questions about product and service benefits
● Maintains excellent relationships with new and existing customers through superior customer service
● Tracks sales data and works to meet sales team goals
● Helps to interview, hire, manage, and direct members of the company’s marketing and sales teams
● Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
● Attending conferences, meetings and industry events
● Research and communicate information about target sectors, customers and competitors.
● Set up of meetings with appropriately qualified contacts
● Free/comfortable for traveling PAN India to different branches of the company and meetings
