About The Role
Key Accountabilities:
Drive UV Sales for the Zone

Lead Management

Managing and supporting the TSMs in generating leads, dealing with channel partners whenever required

Provides procedural or process suggestions for achieving team goals for performing team function and provides resources or help to achieve common goal

Customer Relation Management

Develop and maintain relationship with key existing and potential customers

Takes initiative in creating innovative customer value

Dealer Relationship Management

Maintains relation with key local dealerships, TCL dealers and local territory manager of TCL

Team Management

Manage a team including target setting, dealer allocation and performance Management

Ensure all team members and Dealer sales team are aware of policies related to TCL product offerings
