Overview:-

We’re looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Sales Manager who can completely own sales targets while leading and growing a strong team. This role isn’t just about selling—it’s about creating momentum, building people, and making sure the numbers tell a story of growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

● Own and drive sales targets for assigned categories or regions.

● Build and lead a team of Sales Executives / Associates, motivating them to hit individual and team targets.

● Monitor and optimize the lead funnel — from inbound inquiries to conversion.

● Develop and implement sales strategies to boost conversion and customer satisfaction.

● Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the team.

● Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for feedback and alignment.

● Use data to identify gaps, track KPIs, and improve efficiency in the sales process.

● Ensure timely reporting and forecasting of sales metrics.

Requirements:-

● 4–5 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in high-growth environments.

● Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams.

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven culture.

● Background in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or a related field is a plus.
