1 Planning
Steering the AMG Performance Center in planning and achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual targetsEnsuring profitability of the AMG Performance CenterDefining AMG and Dream car targets for each APC Sales Expert and Dream car Manager in line to Mercedes Benz India goals/targetsEstablish market goals for exclusively CBU vehicle sales, coordinating these with performance targets stipulated by Mercedes-Benz India and drawing up a marketing plan in line to the market requirementsDefining new potential markets and guiding the team to explore newer avenues
2 Marketing
Developing, communicating and ensuring correct implementation of guidelines for AMG and Dream car salesObserving market price developments of competitors for the CBU VehiclesObserving development of the market share and, if necessary, initiating measures to correct thisPlanning, carrying out and evaluating sales promotion measuresPlanning and managing/involvement in eventsPlanning and managing/involvement in customer loyalty activitiesEnsuring demonstration vehicles and display vehicles have fittings appropriate to the market/involvement thereinEstablishing and fostering contacts to decision-makers and spokespeople, as well as contacting and looking after VIP and major customersPlanning and executing customer engagement activities at regular intervals
3 Operative Management
Ensuring consistent utilization off all AMG Performance Center specific queriesEnsuring effectiveness and efficiency of the AMG Performance CenterEnsuring vehicle display and demonstrator requirements are met as per MB India guidelines
4 Quality Management
Ensuring process adherence in line with the AMG Performance Center goals and visionTeam alignment ensuring all potential high net worth customers are approached and handled with the same level of expectation desired by the customers with regard to product and servicesEnsuring larger market reach to potential AMG and Dream car customers customerEnsuring post sales satisfactionEnsuring customer-oriented problem-solving
5 Information Management
Ensuring all POS and other hygiene factors are adhered as per the stipulated guidelinesInformation from Mercedes-Benz India is followed up, archived and made availableSharing and guiding the team with relevant information
Requirements
Qualification o Basics :
Post Graduation (preferably marketing)
- Experience (type of) : 10-15 years in automotive sales (preferably premium segment)
- Specialized Knowledge: Leadership and motivation skills (team handling). Basic MS Office skills, people management and strategic vision to design long term objectives and goals.
