Sales Manager Compliance & Regulatory Services | Chennai / Bangalore / Delhi / Mumbai

About the Role

Sales Managers

This is a consultative B2B sales role, focused on building relationships with CXO-level decision makers and positioning our compliance and automation solutions as trusted enterprise services.

2 or more in-person client meetings daily

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    new client acquisition

    for compliance and regulatory managed services.
  • Build and maintain a robust

    sales pipeline

    through research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Engage and convert

    mid-to-large enterprise clients

    , driving revenue and headcount growth.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with

    CXO-level stakeholders

    .
  • Deliver consistent performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track market and competition trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 48 years

    of B2B / corporate sales experience, preferably in

    Compliance Services, SaaS, RegTech, HR-Tech, or Consulting.

  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership and CXOs in enterprise accounts.
  • MBA preferred (especially from a reputed B-school).
  • Based in or open to

    Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, or Delhi

    ; willingness to travel within assigned region.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and high on accountability.
