Job Summary

Sales Manager (B2B)


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow B2B sales accounts for wire & cable products in assigned territories
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new OEM and industrial customers to drive sustainable business growth
  • Build and maintain strong technical and commercial relationships with key accounts, including:
  • Wire harness manufacturers
  • EV & lithium-ion battery pack manufacturers
  • Control panel builders & switchgear OEMs
  • Machinery and automation equipment manufacturers
  • Electrical and industrial system integrators
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand application requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts as per company guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, dispatch) to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:

    Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech or Graduate with relevant industrial sales experience
  • Experience:

    3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the wire & cable industry (preferably with Tier-2 or Tier-3 manufacturers)


Industry / Customer Exposure

  • Wire harness manufacturers
  • EV battery pack / lithium-ion system manufacturers
  • Control panel & switchboard builders
  • Automation & machinery OEMs
  • Industrial electrical OEMs / distributors


Key Skills

  • Strong technical understanding of wire & cable applications
  • Excellent B2B relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach
  • Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region


Compensation

Attractive fixed salary with performance-based incentives, aligned with experience and results.


Notes

  • Priority will be given to candidates with direct OEM and industrial sales experience
  • Candidates with an existing customer network in relevant sectors will be preferred
