Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Nagpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, identifying new market opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.

Qualifications

Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the inkjet ink industry or a related sector is a plus
