The Sales Manager (Individual Role) will drive LAP & Affordable Loan business through the DSA channel across assigned locations. The role involves sourcing quality cases, building strong partner relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end loan processing.

Key Responsibilities (4 Points)

Acquire and manage DSA partners to generate steady LAP & Affordable Loan sourcing.
Achieve monthly disbursement targets by sourcing high-quality files and ensuring policy-compliant documentation.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and technical teams for faster TAT and smooth customer onboarding.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and provide actionable inputs to increase business penetration.

Requirements (4 Points)

26 years of experience in LAP / Affordable Loans sales, preferably through the DSA channel.
Strong understanding of loan policies, credit parameters, and local market dynamics.
Excellent relationship-management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
