Job Title: Sales Manager
• Location: Bangalore,Chennai,Hyderabad,Kochi • Languages: English, Hindi & Local • Experience Required: 8-15 years in sales management, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding • Working Days & Hours: o Days: Monday Friday o Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm • Interview Rounds: 2-3 face-to-face rounds • Air Freight • Ocean Freight • Road Freight • Contract Logistics • Industrial Project Management Job Overview: The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing sales activities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales targets. • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients. Address client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Develop plans to capitalize on market opportunities. • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making. • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, including forecasting and
tracking expenses. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding. Experience with multinational companies (MNCs) is preferred. • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
