Job Description

An FMCG sales job involves promoting and selling fast-moving consumer goods by building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring product visibility in stores. Key responsibilities include finding new customers, managing existing accounts, analyzing market trends, coordinating product delivery, and providing after-sales support to drive company growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Sales Target Achievement:Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and outcomes within a given schedule.
  • Market Development:Identify new business opportunities, grow market share, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Product Promotion:Present and sell products, promote new deals, and ensure proper merchandising and visibility of products in stores.
  • Market Analysis:Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and collect market information to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential new products.
  • Logistics & Feedback:Coordinate with the logistics team for timely product delivery and provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.
  • Sales Support:Provide after-sales support, participate in trade shows, and ensure customer satisfaction to maintain client relationships.
  • Reporting:Track sales, maintain sales reports and records, and supply management with reports on customer needs and sales trends.

Typical Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in a related field, such as sales or marketing.
  • Experience in selling FMCG products, with some roles requiring a minimum of 2-3 years.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to adapt to market changes.
  • A goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
