Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Satkar Toyota located in Chhindwara,Seoni,Balaghat and Betul. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the dealership's sales operations, including developing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, and managing a team of sales professionals. Key responsibilities include building customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and monitoring market trends to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in sales management, including setting and achieving sales targets, sales forecasting, and revenue growth
Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated experience in team management, coaching, and performance optimization
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer and client relationships
Strategic thinking abilities with a focus on market analysis, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
Experience in the automotive industry or a similar retail setting is an advantage
