• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Proven experience in Sales Management or Retail Management.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Proficient in merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility.
• Administrative experience is beneficial for managing reports and documentation.
