As a Sales Manager in our real estate team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting client meetings and closing deals effectively. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Overseeing site visits to ensure a smooth customer experience. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Maintaining accurate sales reports and updating CRM software. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 3-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with team handling experience preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
