Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Manage sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve sales goals, providing regular reporting on progress.
  • Develop strategies for upselling and retaining existing clients to drive growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
  • Strong skills in client engagement, negotiation & closing deals.
  • Excellent prospecting & outreach skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone/email.
