Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to develop strategies that expand our customer base and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams to align business objectives.
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in construction/interior/real estate sector).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make strategic decisions.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
