Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a sales team. Daily tasks include identifying market opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The role is based in Gurugram, but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
