Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on business strategies.
Set individual and team KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
Ensure CRM systems and customer databases are accurately maintained.
Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding of new sales staff.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with an analytical mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

Qualifications:

Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
