Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations, create and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, and build strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, coordinating with the marketing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development, market research, and implementing sales initiatives
  • Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work on-site and flexible to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
